Educational technology strategic plan

This strategic plan establishes a vision, set of goals and objectives, and recommendations that government, donors, private- and public-sector implementers, schools, principals, and teachers must address so that every stakeholder is working from and toward the same vision, goals, and outcomes. The strategic plan covers the period of September 2012 to September 2017.
